Policy

• Processing and delivery days fall on business days (Monday – Friday). Standard Federal/Public Holidays are not included in business day calculations. Orders normally ship within 2 business days after placement, and orders with engravable items may take up to 4 business days to ship.

• 4-6 Weeks Depending on Location and Item/s


• While we ship to APO/FPO addresses for the same flat rate, we are unable to control the speed at which these packages travel. Please allow for additional time for these packages to deliver.


• Shipping is available on all the continents, but not currently available in some certain countries.

• Your product can be returned within 30 days, as long as it is not damaged, worn or otherwise tampered with.

FAQ

We make every effort to process your order within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) from your order date. Extended processing times may occur during new product launches and the holiday season. Orders with engravable items will add an additional 1-2 business days to processing time.

To track your order’s processing and shipped status, check the orders tab in your account. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Please allow 1-2 days before tracking updates.

P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot receive guaranteed shipping. Our suggestion is to select standard shipping as a preferred ship method.
