Fast shipping

We know you can’t wait to wear what you ordered, so we guarantee to process all in-stock items within 2-3 business days and make every attempt to deliver your package within 4-6 weeks after it ships from our warehouse.

Easy returns

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@lolo.jewelry Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We currently do not offer exchanges

What is the return policy?

If you’re not absolutely delighted with your LOLO purchase, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We are happy to provide you a cash refund within 30 days. Returns or exchanges are accepted on unworn items in resalable condition.
Please keep in mind when returning or exchanging an item :

• Sale items as marked, Gift Cards, and personalized engravable are Final Sale and cannot be returned.


• Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase. This could include your packing slip, a copy of your order confirmation email or a copy of your return confirmation email.


• Was your order missing an item or did your order contain the wrong item? If so, we ask that you notify us within 14 days from your order date. Items that break prior to wear or have any product defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund, exchange or replacement.


• Refunds: We are happy to provide you a cash refund within 30 days.


• Replacements within 120 days may be returned at no additional charge. To replace an item due to a manufacturer’s defect, please contact us who can assist you.


• Timing of Refunds: Your refund will be processed upon receipt of your returned item at our Distribution Center. Once we process your return, your refund will be available 8-10 business days later depending on your issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

To return your items to LOLO, simply

1. Place your items to be returned with your packing slip in a box.


2. Affix your pre-paid return shipping label to the outside of your box.


3. Place the box in your mailbox, take it to the local Post Office or schedule a time with them to have it picked up from your doorstep.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours and we MIGHT be able to cancel it. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.

Can I edit or update my order once I’ve submitted it?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to update any of the order information or cancel it. This includes changing the ship to or bill to address, payment information or adding additional items to your order. Depending on the change you are looking to make, you may need to place a new order and return your initial order.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive your returned items at our Distribution Center, we will gladly process your refund. Please allow 5 business days for your return shipment to arrive at our Distribution Center once you drop it in the mail.


Once we process your return, you will see your refund payment after 30 business days depending on your issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

How do I return a LOLO gift I received?

We do not currently offer refunds if your item was a gift.
